What does it do?

AI powered research, fully customized by you!

We have started with AI-Powered Meeting prep but are quickly moving toward account research and deal strategy!

Today you connect it to your work email & calendar… from their it will ingest all of your external meetings. You then simply instruct Winrate to perform the highly customized research that you would otherwise do manually ahead of calls!

Another way of thinking about it… What are the 5-10 google chrome tabs you would open to prepare yourself ahead of an important external meeting?

Internal Research, External Research, and Live Query!

Internal Research: This is fully customizable and will send Winrate agents to your CRM, prior call recordings, email, slack, linkedin, etc. to find the info you want!

Examples: Why is this meeting on my calendar? Was it a follow up from a few months back? What did we talk about? What did the SDR say? How’d this get setup? Was it an intro? From who? Did we talk before, if so about what? What customers do I have that are similar to this person I am meeting with? Does this person work for a company where we have shared investors? Etc.

External Research: This will send Winrate agents to the internet to find what you need. Think LinkedIn, news, earnings calls, podcasts, websites, and whatever corner of the web you’re using to find niche information specific to your company’s focus.

Examples: Do you go to the company website? Search for important pages, like job postings? Specifically look through the posting for certain openings or technologies mentioned? Maybe you look for earnings calls, podcasts, or public statements about strategic initiatives or quotes from execs about the industry or use case you serve? Or perhaps it’s more focused on the people coming to the call, their linkedin, their background, fun facts about them, quotes, posts, interviews, etc.

Live Query: Now that you have “custom research” saved for both internal and external calls, Winrates agents will do this for every meeting. But what about one-off questions or specific research tied to this deal or meeting at this specific point in time? Now that you have internal business systems setup.. you can send winrates agents to any of those systems or the broad internet to answer your questions.. all within your prep dossier.

This live query is like having a ChatGPT or Perplexity BUT FOR ALL OF YOUR DATA… AND the Web, of course!

Examples: You can ask Winrate’s agents questions like.. hey what were the objections they brought up on the last call? Or what did they say the CFO was thinking for budget approval timelines? Or maybe something like “Have they made any executive changes across the org since our last call?” Who knows? Thats the point. The agents will search across your crm, call transcripts, emails, the internet, etc. so you don’t have to!
